Refunds, minus a $10 processing fee for each refunded class or program, will be given if the refund request is made at least seven (7) days prior to the start of the class or program. Refunds may be requested by fax, walk-in, e-mail, or by mail and must be made in writing. Non-attendance in a program is not grounds for a refund. If a class or program is cancelled a full refund will be granted. For City- sponsored youth sports leagues, the start of the program shall be defined as the date teams are formed. Some programs or activities may be designated and advertised as "non- refundable" and refunds will not be given for those programs and activities.
An online convenience fee of 6 1/2% + .50 ($2 minimum) for purchases under $150 and an additional 3 1/2% + .50 for purchases over $150 is collected by ActiveNet. |

| To get started, one adult member of a family will need a customer login name and Password. If you have not been issued a customer login name and password, an adult member of the family, will need to request an Internet Account. |

IF A DESIRED ACTIVITY IS FULL, REGISTER ANYWAY(Aquatics excluded). You will be placed on a waiting list and will not be charged for the class unless you are able to enroll. You will, however, be charged the online convenience fee (minimum $2.00). |

| Registering Online is Easy! |
|
There are three easy ways to find the activity/class you want! Search by Activity/Class Category, Activity/Class ID Number or Activity/Class keyword. Once you find the activity/class you are interested in, click on the activity/class link to view more detailed information about the activity/class. To register for open classes, click Add to My Cart and follow the easy check out instructions. You will need your login name and password to continue the process from this point. An activity/class confirmation will be sent to your email address. If a class is not open or the registration period is not open, you will not get the icon for Add to My Cart.
